I’m Danielle Kinney, and I’m Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Yoga Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. While an artist at heart, and after many years pursuing the visual arts, my life was shifted onto a pretty unexpected trajectory after developing (and thankfully recovering from) an eating disorder. Forced to focus on health, and repairing my relationship with food, and exercise, over the years, and through a TON of trial and error, I have developed a true love, and passion for the art and science of strength training, running, golfing, and simply how the body moves through space.
I rebuilt my body through resistance training, and continue to forge it stronger, faster, more resilient day by day, and I want to help you do so, as well.
